Sushi Masterclass

After an introduction to the history and ingredients of sushi making, supported by demonstrations, enjoy a chance to participate in a hands on competition before the tastings begin. Sake Masterclass

Join us in the New Year for a special sake evening hosted by our in-house sommelier, Honami. You will learn about the age-old Japanese custom of sake making and enjoy sampling different styles of sake with canapés to match. Join us for the next class on Wednesday 17th March.
